May the Fourth is supposed to be a celebratory day for Star Wars fans, but given the recent closure of LucasArts, I get the feeling that this year’s May the Fourth will be a somber occasion for fans of the Star Wars video games. Still, I can’t think of a better way to eulogize LucasArts than to spend the day playing some of their best games: I’ll probably load up Battlefront 2 today and see if anybody’s still playing that game (or if the servers are even still up,) and if not, I’ll probably start a new game in KoTOR or Republic Commando (give Republic Commando a shot if you haven’t played it before; it’s one of the most underrated Star Wars games out there.)
