Here’s a quick little Deals Roundup-lite edition before tomorrow’s shebang. Amazon has some pretty great deals on some of the hottest titles right now. Bethesda’s stealth-action Dishonored is currently half-off, going for the tantalizing price of $29.99. *Insert obligatory “that’s a real steal” pun here* In case you missed the title, now would be the perfect opportunity to pick it up, it’s a purchase I can highly recommend. Additionally, for those who rented the title or played and traded it in, it might be worth a second trip to Dunwall, as Dishonored’s first story-based DLC The Knife of Dunwall released this past Tuesday, with an additional follow-up titled The Brigamore Witches coming soon.
If you’re a little less rat-infested sewers and a little more pristine-city-in-sky, Amazon’s also got you covered. BioShock Infinite is currently on sale for $49.99 with additional free shipping. In case you haven’t heard, Infinite is pretty good. In fact, I liked it a lot. So, if you were on the fence about the purchase for whatever reason, Amazon is pretty sure a nifty $10 discount will offer ample persuasion. Both deals are good for any version of the games, regardless of platform.
That’s it for now, but be sure to check back tomorrow for all the PSN and Xbox Live sales. Aside from the usual tips on discounts, Amazon’s Gold Box deal will exclusively feature video game-related deals tomorrow. Those lightning deals start as early as midnight PST, or 3AM for east-coasters, with additional discounts running all day. I’ll have the full breakdown for what to expect tomorrow morning.
Have these discounts convinced any of you to pick up either Dishonored or BioShock Infinite? Let us know in the comments section.
