Sony’s premium Playstation Plus service is making the jump to the PS Vita next week, and subscribers will be able to score free downloads of Uncharted: Golden Abyss and Gravity Rush at no additional cost.
In addition to Uncharted and Gravity Rush (which is one of the Vita’s best games, by the way,) PS+ members will also be able to download “free” copies of Vita games like Jet Set Radio HD, Wipeout 2048, Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack, as well as a free download of the PSP version of Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions.
Existing PS+ members who own both a PS3 and a Vita will be able to use one subscription to access content on both systems. As always, PS+ remains priced at $50 per year.
In other Playstation Plus news, PS3 owners should be happy to know that Square-Enix’s Quantum Conundrum, the latest puzzle game designed by Portal designer Kim Swift, has been added to the PS3’s selection of free games.
