North American Xenoblade Box Art Winner Announced

North American Xenoblade Box Art Winner Announced

Chris Hernandez 22 Feb

Nintendo of America President, Reggie Fils-Aime, today revealed the winner of the cover art to be printed on US release of Xenoblades cover. On top of this reveal he also confirmed that the game would be hitting western shores April 6th, much to the elation of all those involved in Project Rainfall.

Now, though that box art(below) looks amazing, I should point out that this is for a reversible cover. The standard box art for the game will remain, but after you purchase the game you can switch the cover around and the image will wrap around the games case, almost like black magic.

Though, you could probably do the same thing with a print out, but I still think more publishers should do things like this with their game covers, just to keep your shelf of games looking a little more like art than nerd.
