MAdCatz, the same company that brought you two different fight stciks for Street Fighter IV and countless other accessories, is now poised to release another Arcade stick to celebrate Soul Calibur V’s release. Currently planned for a Japan release on February 2, 2012, for ¥16,800($220 USD).There will be two versions one with coloured buttons and one with all black, though the background image is the same.
For the price I would expect a solid build on these and they look pretty nice as well, with a translucent edge and red and blue accents to complete the image on the face of the stick. I suspect we will see a release in North America at the same time of Soul Calibur’s release, February 3, or shortly there after.
I’m still waiting on a Mortal Kombat one.
