Gamestop sent out an email to those who purchased Skyrim saying that they will give a guaranteed $30 in-store credit if the game is traded in by January 10, 2012. Not too shabby at all considering how much Gamestop rips off customers on trade-ins.
So if you’ve become bored with the endless content of the game, played it to completion and can’t be bothered doing the sidequests, or if Skyrim simply isn’t your kind of game, then you can bring it down to Gamestop. Some gamers are flipping tables thinking that implying game with as much content as Skyrim can be played to any level of completion in a month or two.
I’ll have you know that I got 100% on Persona 4 in three weeks. I have no life and a first playthrough of that can be 80-90 hours. I recently got Skyrim but I simply can’t get into it, not sure if it’s because of some recent events or if I simply don’t like this kind of game however, but I am eyeing some upcoming releases.
