Like scary games? Don’t have a lot of cash? Don’t worry, cause Steam’s got you covered this Halloween.
From now until the end of October 31st, a large selection of horror themed games is on sale on Valve’s PC digital distribution service, Steam. The sale covers everything even vaguely related to Halloween, from survival-action shooter Dead Space to the more whimsical Plants vs. Zombies (both of which come highly recommended,) and even includes some recent releases, like Square-Enix’s open-world zombie adventure, Dead Island. The sale even covers some notably non-horror related games, like train simulator Railworks 3 and Terraria.
So even if you spent all your money on Halloween candy or a slutty nurse costume, you can still afford to get yourself some quality horror-themed gaming in this weekend… and really, you’re too old to be trick or treating anyway, and candy gives you diabetes, so this weekend is probably the one time in the year when staying inside and playing video games by yourself will probably be the healtheir, less socially creepy choice.
