Activision has recently announced some very exiting news for all those attending the upcoming XP event. All who doled out $150 to attend the event will also get a redeemable code for Modern Warfare 3. This is on top of all the other freebies and fun to be had at the LA convention. No details were provided as to how the actual redemption process will work, but it will be redeemable November 8, when the game is officially released.
Also, Activision offered new details on the Call of Duty: Elite live-action series, which is currently in development–in partnership with Ben Silverman’s Electus Studio–at Will Arnett and Jason Bateman’s production company Dumbdumb. Arnett will be on hand at the convention, where he will guide attendees through a preview of the series.
Tickets are still available for the two day event. If you are in the LA area and already planned on buying the Hardened Edition of Modern Warfare 3 then the admission price is more than worth it.
