Valve has a great reputation for community support, and in most cases Valve does not charge for downloadable content. Console gamers are generally not used to this type of treatment, on average paying 10-15 dollars for DLC. Valve has decided to release Portal 2 DLC this summer for free! Thats right no charge on all platforms, I realize this isn’t that significant in the world of Valve or Steam, but its a nice change of pace on the Xbox and PS3 for sure.

Challenge Mode for Single and Multiplayer
Free DLC may not last forever so be sure to jump on this when it swings around this summer. Trust me its worth playing some Portal 2 before the DLC roles around. Portal 2 is one of the generation defining games that just needs to be experienced, so its always a nice gesture when the developer encourages more gameplay.
