Crysis 2 is on its way to big release next week. For the first time Crytek will bring the world Crysis to a variety of gamers through a multiplatform launch that is shaping up to be one of the best shooters of the year. If you have not already played the online public beta, I encourage you to check it out to see if that pre order needs to be in place before next tuesday. Today some new gameplay was released of a firefight taking place in the streets of New York City.
One thing that continues to stand out in Crysis footage is the ability to play with your own style. With the variety of weapons, and the powers offered through the powered nano suit, each player will adapt to what they think each encounter needs. Any game that allows creativity and customization to the gameplay tends to stick around for a while.
