Microsoft recently announced that February was the Xbox 360’s biggest month ever aside from the holiday seasons and obvious not including the year it launched. The Xbox was the best selling system of the month with 535,000 consoles sold in the 28 days.
That is a large increase from the January sales, which the console only sold 381,000 units and was beaten out by the Playstation 3, which lead in sales. Also, it was an improvement over the same period last year; 27% higher then February 2010’s 422,000 consoles sold, making it fourteen months in a row that Microsoft has seen a year-over-year increase on the 360
