LA Noire so far in the world of gaming news has been praised for its facial animation, and overall quality. Little has been shown in the world of actual gameplay though. Another trailer has surfaced today that begins to breakdown just how the in game action will function. This is definitely a change of pace from previous Rockstar games, but that does not seem to be a problem at all. I think its becoming easy to say that if you think you are getting an alternate era GTA, you have been misinformed.
LA Noire is focusing on a very different side of the crime world. This time around you are not creating crime, but actually solving it through some pretty innovative game mechanics. This game is a step in the right direction in the means of video games breaking away from misguided stigmas in social culture. This game I believe will appeal to an older audience, or just a gamer who is looking for a little more drama and a little less explosion. LA Noire hits store shelves in May, it will be interesting to see how it sells. Watch the trailer for yourself, you will see how this game is trying some very new things.
