After Activision recently sent a pair of dog tags to “That Video Game Blog” a URL has been revealed. This website is a countdown that ends the morning of March 2nd during The Game Developers Conference. See for yourself at www.findmakarov.com, it is quite convincing I must say. With a total of 5 developers working on the COD franchise now its not far off to say that we could be seeing some footage very soon.
The question I ask myself now, is how does Activision and COD compete with what DICE is bringing to the table this year with Battlefield 3. This is going to be an interesting year in the world of competive military shooters. I for one am excited, genrally a rivalry will cause each side to push the limits. Who knows maybe the best is yet to come from Modern Warfare 3.
