Razer announced some pretty big things at CES this but one that slipped through the cracks and made a late show was their Ferox Gaming Speakers for the more mobile gamer. Described as a “sophisticated, modern day boombox for gamers,” the speakers promise to deliver some “room-filling,” 360 degree omni-directional sound, 12 hours of battery life from the built-in rechargeable batteries and, compatibile with anything rocking a 3.5mm jack.
The speakers will be available by the end of January for a price around $60. No physical dimensions were announced, so I can’t say exactly how portable they are, but I am sure they will fit snugly into most laptop bags. Needless to say they sound perfect.
