Harmonix Releases Six New Linkin Park Songs on Rock Band

Harmonix Releases Six New Linkin Park Songs on Rock Band

Nick Hernandez 11 Jan

Linkin Park has been my favorite band for many, many years now and the news of Harmonix will be bringing six Linkin Park tracks that will be available for download beginning January 11 in the Rock Band 3 music store (available in Europe January 12) bringing extra excitement to me.

The DLC will be available for 360, PS3, and Wii just in time to kick off the California-based band’s U.S. tour. Fans can download the following songs:

“Crawling”
“In the End”
“Numb”
“Somewhere I Belong”
“Waiting for the End”
“What I’ve Done”

Tracks will be available individually and as a pack. At the following price points:

$1.99 (160 Microsoft Points) per song
$2.00 (200 Wii Points) per song
$0.99 (100 Wii Points/80 Microsoft Points) per song for eligible Pro Guitar/Pro Bass upgrade
$9.99 (800 Microsoft Points, 1,000 Wii Points) for Linkin Park Pack 01

What do you think of this awesome track pack?

based out of London, Ontario; and has been flexing his literary skills for about 2 years. Initially attracted to the space due to his kinship with the creative minds that tend to socialize through the gaming industry, and having played games all his life; it led to a natural willingness to learn more about both the people, and entities that drive innovation in the space. A self-confessed Conter Strike: Source aficionado he claims the aforementioned as his favourite game of all time, simply due to the sheer amount of hours he has spent in the game. An optimist by nature, Nick tends to see the best in everyone, even if they can’t in themselves.
