Hisense Android TV! Running on Froyo

Hisense Android TV! Running on Froyo

Nick Hernandez 07 Jan

After constantly seeing hundreds of 3D TVs all over the showroom floor from every company from Samsung, LG all the way to Vizio and other low end companies one TV just caught my eye and seemed to be getting no loving.

I stumbled upon a TV that is running Android 2.2 (Froyo) and appears to have decent specs for a tv with a 1 ghz processor and 4gb of ram. The demo television that they had on display was running Angry Birds with a mouse and keyboard which is a change for the rest of the smart phones that are currently running the Android platform. However, the company claims that it will be compatible and run all the applications and be able to download all the apps from the marketplace.

We could not find a Hisense rep to ask any additional details about the TV nor find much additional information; So, for now you can view the specifications picture below and see for yourself.
