Donkey Kong Returns – “Rambi” The Rhino Gameplay Trailer

Donkey Kong Returns – “Rambi” The Rhino Gameplay Trailer

Zack Dodge 23 Sep

I knew when I finally picked up a Nintendo Wii this summer, games like Donkey Kong Returns would make the purchase worth while. After the first few trailers were released, it was clear that Nintendo was going to stick with their old school side scrolling platform. This makes for a great nostalgic game for those of us who grew up with classic titles like Donkey Kong on the SNES, and at the same time it will introduce that classic gameplay to a whole new generation of gamers alike.

So on the talk of Donkey Kong take a look at this new gameplay trailer showing off one of DK’s friends “Rambi”. He was awesome in the 90’s and he looks to be even better on the Wii. So enjoy the footage and look back for more updates as the game gets closer to release in Novemeber!

It seems that Rambi is actually required to beat the level, as I remember it he was only used to find secrets and clear levels faster, which seems like a bit of a disappointment, to be forced to use him.
