It seems that our friends over at Sony have filled a patent for some sort of add-on device to the PS3. The only thing that has people wondering, is what could it be? “The PlayStation 3–it only does everything”… except play games from its older brothers. This seems to be the only logical conclusion for this device, but if it does play old games why not just go buy a PS2 seeing as it would probably be cheaper than buying this add-on? perhaps it has an HD upscaler of some sort. Now this is only speculation of course but it is the next logical decision for Sony, so all its fans can crack out their old favourites without having to dig through the closet and dust off the last generation console. Gotta love chinese directions….. so is it bigger than the actual PS3 or something…. i hope it does PS1 as well, i want to play spyro the dragon again 🙂
