Today a new live action dramatic trailer was released in promotion for the games release in a few short weeks. This is a change of pace compared to other live action trailers Bungie has released in the past. Instead of experiencing some cinematic live action, you are introduced to the more humane side of the Covenant conflict, that has a life altering effect on the citizens of Planet Reach.
This is perhaps the side of the story that Bungie hopes that all of us could relate to when we begin our time with reach, dealing with a planetary invasion from unknown viscous forces is something that I personally can not even imagine, what would it be like? We have all seen sci-fi action movies, but what would it really be like to be invaded from space. This trailer touches on family, sacrifice, and the hard ships that would ensure through such events.
