The bizarre situation of the Xbox One’s policy on used games just seems to get stranger and more confusing as the day wears on. In an interview with Kotaku, Microsoft corporate VP Phil Harrison (who used to work for Sony,) revealed some more details regarding Microsoft’s attempt to curb used games sales.
