Of all the impressive demos on display at E3 2013, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt stood out as one of those rare titles that seamlessly transitions from a high quality PC staple, to an equally incredible console experience. The Witcher franchise is known for it’s engaging narrative and visceral combat (a buzz word, I know, [...]

Duke Nukem Forever was released almost two years ago, but it seems like the trouble surrounding the game’s fifteen year long development cycle hasn’t ended yet. Today, 3D Realms, the company who created Duke Nukem, announced that they were suing Gearbox for unpaid royalties.

Diablo 3 makes a surprisingly graceful transition over to the console, but I still have my doubts about whether that’ll be enough to attract an audience.

Let me get this out the way first: I didn’t like the first two Final Fantasy XIII’s, so I’ve been pretty pessimistic about Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, the final episode in the XIII “saga.” While I still have my doubts about the game, the brief demo I played today was impressive enough to give [...]

Microsoft confirmed last week that the Xbox One would require players to “check in” to Xbox Live every 24 hours in order to maintain access to their games — even the single player ones. Obviously, gamers haven’t taken the news well, and after being asked about the growing concern over the system’s DRM, Xbox exec [...]

Of all the incredible titles on display at E3 2013, I have a soft spot in my heart for Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead: 400 Days. Absolutely one of the best arcade titles to come out of the current generation, the episodic adventure game forced players to make brutal, life-or-death decisions that equally impacted both [...]

One of the most anticipated games of the Fall is Waner Bros. Montreal’s Batman: Arkham Origins, a franchise previously [...]
