New DLC announced for Disgaea 4

New DLC announced for Disgaea 4

Rian Quenlin 13 Nov

Nippon Ichi has announced some new DLC for Disgaea 4 along with its pricing, full list with some explanations of the characters after the jump.

First is Adell, the protagonist of Disgaea 2, a fistfighter with a mountain of physical power behind him and a demonic heritage. He is priced at $2.99, pretty high price for a character really. The princess Rozalin also from Disgaea 2 and was unlockable in Disgaea DS can also be bought seperately for her own pricetag of $2.99.

Other characters are Death Saber, a cat-like monster type from Disgaea 2 which had an ability where its damage output increased based on how far you moved. Also priced at $2.99. It’s unknown if it will retain this ability or have an entirely new one.

Also coming from a previous Disgaea game by Nippon Ichi is Mao, the main protagonist of Disgaea 3, Absence of Justice, honor student at Evil Academy. $2.9- you know what, all characters are that price. The last character is Overlord Priere, the main character of La Pucelle and unlockable physical-attacking powerhouse in many other Disgaea games.

There are also two new maps at 99c each, a Classroom map and the Holt Village map, what these do in-game is unknown as the details are highly vague. There are also two new pirate ships at $1.99 each, the Getter Mao, and Laharl Kaiser V, clearly references to Japanese mecha shows. Adell, Laharl Kaiser V, Holt Village, and Rozalin will be released on the 22nd of this month. The classroom map, Death Saber, Getter Mao, Mao, and Priere will be released on the 13th of December. Getting all the DLC will cost a few pennies under $21, but I’m sure they’re worth the pricetag.
