Max won’t be hitting the mean streets of Sao Paulo until March but that doesn’t mean you can’t get excited for it now. Though with the flurry of titles that will be spewing out over the next two months it will be hard to even think about a game months off. The trailer does show some in game footage as well as some cut scenes just to give you a feel for the new Max Payne.
Most will certainly complain about his new look and the overall aesthetic of the game as well, as it certainly is a departure from the darker two iterations of the series. Based on the trailer itself I would way this is just another action-packed shooter with the Max Payne title, not a true successor in the trilogy, but I can’t say that for sure until I have my hands on it. Also, unless I missed it, there is no bullet-time action, outside of a headshot sequence. What it and let us know what you think.
Max Payne 3 is set for release next March for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Also, if Gamestops video tags are to be believed the game may also support Kinect and Move controls.
