If you almost pissed your pants climbing on top of Campanile di Giotto in Florence like I did, then expect more wet laundry this coming November because Ubisoft has just revealed some mind-blowing details for their upcoming 4th sequel to the Assassin’s Creed series – Assassin’s Creed: Revelations will support 3D across all platforms – Yes, including the PC.
On the Consoles, Revelations will support the various 3D Display Modes on 3D-Capable Televisions. Also, it is compatible with TriOviz Inficolor, this will allow 3D gaming for traditional 2D HDTVs through the use of Inficolor glasses – It’s probably time you grab yourself one of these when you do see one. TrioViz Inficolor glasses are available in selected retails stores and though available on their website, delivery to the US is currently unavailable.
On the PC side, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations will support Nvidia 3D Vision. So, if your Video Card does not Support Nvidia 3D vision, or is not Nvidia at all – then get to the green side and purchase your 3D Vision kit while you’re at it. As a PC Gamer and a hardcore AC fan, this is something that really boggles my mind. Climbing those high towers on AC II and AC Brotherhood on max video settings already caused nausea. I can’t wait what’s going to happen when I get my hands on Revelations – Ready The Puke Bag!
The game will hit stores on November 15 for consoles while Ubisoft only recently cleared up the release date for the PC version, which is to be on December 1.
