Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Limited Edition Announced For Winter Release

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Limited Edition Announced For Winter Release

Andy Codina 01 Oct

Konami seems to have the tendency to stuff their Metal Gear franchise with a bunch of different releases – which don’t actually differ much. After they announced the availability of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for the consoles (Xbox 360 and PS3) last September 15, which will comprise HD remastered versions of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, as well as versions of the original Metal Gear games released on the MSX computers, Konami is now offering a “Limited Edition” of the set this November.

The publishers has announced today the release date for Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Limited Edition. The “Limited Edition” will have the same content as that of the Metal Gear Solid HD: totally remastered games, 1080 graphic support, 60 fps graphic support, new sound effects, new looks in icons and fonts, worldwide multiplayer matchmaking and save data sharing for PSP. What the Limited Version offers uniquely are the standard games (unremeastered), specialized packaging, and a nifty Metal Gear Solid art book.
