Various sites are showing off the specs of the poster child for Development Hell, Duke Nukem Forever, starting production in 1997 and now, 14 years later, is finally coming out. The game is probably a record holder for being vaporware with all of its constant setbacks, engine changes, and delays. But enough with what we know, onto the game specs.

- DirectX Compatible sound card
These are actually very reasonable system requirements, meaning that most modern PCs will be able to play it without having to screw around with new graphics cards and processors. My laptop is cheap and about a year old and it could probably play this pretty well if I turn the graphics down to a low level.
