Call of Duty: Black Ops Escalation pack’s star-studded cast

Call of Duty: Black Ops Escalation pack’s star-studded cast

Angela Min 27 Apr

It would seem that a lot of gamers will admit that they aren’t buying Call of Duty games for the actual game play. They are buying it for the add-on game that was first introduced for Call of Duty: World At War. Nazi Zombies, a first person shooter that consists of killing, well, Nazi Zombies, has become a pretty popular commodity for the Call of Duty franchise. So it comes to no surprise that Activision has stepped up their game, introducing an interesting and welcomed twist for the Call of Duty: Black Ops Escalation expansion pack’s zombie map. You will get to play as some of your favourite horror genre heroes (or heroines).

The star-studded cast will include (but is not limited to): Machete’s former Mexican Federale Machete Cortez (Danny Trejo), Buffy The Vampire Slayer’s Buffy Summers (Sarah Michelle Gellar), The Walking Dead’s bad boy Merle Dixon (Michael Rooker), and even Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund). The maps will be channelling House of the Dead: Overkill and Robert Rodriguez films, in a sort of nostalgic and amazing ‘70’s horror film sort of sense. Night of the Living Dead creator, George A. Romero, will be making a cameo appearance.

The Escalation pack will be available on the Xbox 360 on May 3rd for the price of $15, and will guarantee hours of entertainment. Will you guys will playing?

I’m actually really excited about this. Buying it mainly for zombies. I’m sure the new multiplayer maps won’t fix any of black ops’ issues.

Call of the Dead is going to be incredible as usual. Treyarch has always raised the bar with new zombie content. George Romero just makes it all that much better!

It is going to amazing, I can’t believe the actors actually agreed to have their faces put in the game, for something is not even part of the campaign.
