Fable III Preorder Exclusively On Steam And GFWL

Fable III Preorder Exclusively On Steam And GFWL

Nick Hernandez 22 Apr

Although the game was originally supposed to be a Games of Windows Live exclusive, Microsoft announced today that the PC version of Fable III will now be available on Steam for preordering as well as on Microsoft’s own Games for Windows Marketplace.

Both companies are offering unique preorder bonuses to it’s customers much like they do when games are release on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Players who preorder Fable III from Games for Windows Marketplace will receive a free copy of Fable: The Lost Chapters while those that preorder the game through Steam will receive free DLC pack containing four weapons and five character tattoos.

“Choice has always played an important role in the world of Fable and PC fans will have even more choices than ever, without the consequence,” Microsoft said in the official announcement.

Personally, if I was a bigger fan of the Fable series I would preorder through Steam because that is where all my friends are and all my games but the choice is definitely yours!
