Many Windows Phone users out there are probably already rocking this brand specific app as it was released earlier this week. For those unaware, Microsoft decided to disallow connecting to hidden wireless networks from any Windows Phone 7 device. This upset many who enjoy their secure and private networks, but luckily HTC has found a work around by developing a very simple application.
With this app you can simply type in the SSID of your network and it will automatically add it to your Wi-Fi list. The downside to this is that it is only available on HTC phones, so LG and Samsung users are out of luck for now if they want to connect to their hidden wireless connection.
