Those who have played the first inFAMOUS game may have already discovered that Cole is not as his maximum potential, which he needs to achieve to defeat the ultimate challenge he has yet to face. Though it was made to seem that Cole could gain no more power by the end of the game this is not true. Sunker Punch has some story-driven tricks up their sleep for the sequel.
It seems Cole will have to hunt down some Blast Cores to enhance his powers even further by way of altering his unique genetic code, and he is one of the few capable of Blasting his Core as it were. Though there are other Conduits who can use the so-called Blast Cores as well, so Cole better be on his toes to get them first and find his true potential. Sounds exciting.
