Nintendo Dropping the Price of Wii to $150 May 15th

Nick Hernandez 13 Apr

Nintendo’s console has been selling like hot cakes since it’s launch and a price cut in the near future didn’t look like it was going to happen anytime soon. However, trusted sources tell Engaget that a price cut is indeed coming our way soon. If everything goes as planned then the Wii will only cost $150 starting May 15th. This is a desperate grasp from Nintendo to try and get their console sales back up after their profits have been steadily declining since the release of Microsoft’s Kinect and Sony’s Move. Although, we are not a hundred percent sure of the price cut yet we will just have to sit back and wait to see if we can get a good bundle for $150 around this time next month.
