Good evening fellow Spartans, I have some excellent news on behalf of Bungie and the UNSC. April Mathchmaking Updates went live today a little early and they are fantastic on all fronts. Some new play-lists have been added, some have been tweaked, and some old friends are back to visit. For a comprehensive list of details I will attach a segment from the Bungie update two weeks ago.
Most notably in this update would have to be the inclusion of the new “Classic” playlist. This features remade versions of original Halo 1 and 2 maps, and “classic” gameplay settings. For instance player movement is boosted to 120%, melee damage is turned down, and jump height has been raised. Their were plenty of other changes, but those stand out the most. In shorth this new playlist feels like Halo 1 and 2 in the reach engine. Its a blast for classic or old school Halo fans, but still accommodates for new comers.
I have also attached my first personal Halo montage, this is strictly for your entertainment. It is still a work in progress, but this post made it appropriate. This is just a pledge for my love towards the Halo franchise, and I thought I would spread the love. Enjoy all the Halo goodness and go get some daily challenges done!

Editor’s Note: You can find all of these maps in the community file collection, but a few have been renamed. Jeremiah was too lazy to link them and he bailed early today. Jerk! I’ll try to round them up for next week so you can take them for a spin prior to the official introduction in matchmaking – Urk
