Game Release Schedule For March

Game Release Schedule For March

Alex 26 Mar

As we bid goodbye to March, which saw a lot of new games, there are still some much awaited games to be released. The first among these is Crysis 2 and the limited and nano editions of Crysis. Both the variants are said to be released on the 22nd of March, 2011. The storyline of Crysis 2 is rather different from the original one wherein the player has to defend New York City against alien attacks using various futuristic weapons.

Second in the list is the WWE All Stars which is to be released by THQ. The publishing house recently announced that the game will hit stores by 29th March, 2011. This game is said to offer players one of the best lists of characters in a wrestling video game. The characters in the game range from all time legends to the most popular WWE stars today.

The third game that March has lined up is Mass Effect 2: Arrival DLC. This is a role playing game that is to be released on the 29th of March. The game is set in outer space and features characters from the original series. The game is known for its crisp graphics and compelling storyline.

The fourth game that will be released by the end of March is the Red Faction: Battlegrounds. This is an action game that will foray into the market on 30th March. Finally, the last game to be released is Section 8: Prejudice. This is a shootout game scheduled to be released on 31st March. This sci-fi first person shooter combines extensive physics and perfectly simulated gameplay, giving the player a great gaming experience.

These games are all to be released on the Xbox 360. While some of the titles can be played on the PlayStation 3, the Xbox Live service enables gamers all over the globe to play in multiplayer mode, something which the PS3 doesn’t offer yet.
