Gamefreaks’ most popular gaming franchise, that is solely owned by Nintendo, is getting yet another two iterations. President Satoru Iwata told Tokyo press Friday morning, following Thursday’s Osaka briefing, “We are developing Pokemon related products on the Wii and 3DS,” adding that more information will be released “gradually”.
It was also mentioned at the same conference that the 3DS version is already completed but no information will be given yet to allow third parties some limelight.
As for the Wii title I am very much hoping it is the 3D, third-person style recreation of the portable versions as that would be the best, but any new pokemon game is fine by me.
