Star Wars Blu Ray – The Complete Collection – Coming Sepetember 2011

Star Wars Blu Ray – The Complete Collection – Coming Sepetember 2011

Zack Dodge 06 Jan

Every year the Consumer Electronic Show is jammed packed with great news in all forms of media and tech. Perhaps one of the best blends of tech and media would have to be Star Wars. During the show today LucasArts and 20th Century Fox announced that for the first time the entire Star Wars saga would be released in Blu Ray Hi Def.

The Blu Ray collection will be available in September 2011 and will either be sold in separate trilogies or in the entire collection. The bonus side of grabbing the entire collection would have to be the fact that you get 3 bonus discs packed with over 30 hours of behind the scenes and additional content. This will already become a great holiday gift idea for next season and considering the options with pricing and packages everyone should have a chunk of the saga in their collection. The pricing is as follows:

The Complete Saga (9 discs total) – $139.99 US / $179.99 CAN

Trilogy Sets – $69.99 US / $89.99 CAN
