AS of the 10th, the game could be downloaded on the PSN for €7.99/£6.29 The original Grandia was highly praised amongst critics and gamer alike when it hit the Sega Saturn platform back in 1997, in Japan. Two years later it came to English speaking countries on the original Playstation.
Because of the games acclaim and success, it soon became highly sought after by the gaming community, and subsequently became a rare gem in RPG history. Certainly, one of the greatest aspects of digital distribution is allowing those that weren’t old enough or couldn’t have access to older game can now enjoy them in the modern age, with minimal hassle.
