Halo: Reach Sountrack

Halo: Reach Sountrack

Angela Min 14 Sep

Yes oh yes, the day has come. Most gaming nerds will commemorate this day forever, and gamers alike will be playing until the sun comes up the following day. The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn’s Quest was released today. Just kidding guys, we all know it’s about Halo: Reach (no, but really, that game was released today also). The last installment of this amazing first-person shooter series, it is also predicted that sales will surpass its predecessors. After waiting all that time, after anticipating it for that long, you can’t possibly imagine leaving your little world even for a little bit. Let’s be honest folks, we all have to eat. So what can a sleep deprived gamer do when he has to leave the house for nourishment? A solution has already been developed: the Halo: Reach Soundtrack.

The soundtrack will be available on the day of the release on iTunes, and on Sept. 28 in retail stores near you. The double-CD set will be filled with sweeping piano and string sections. Composed by Martin O’Donnell and Michael Salvatori, who have composed music for the ‘Halo’ series for over 11 years now, the collections is said to be two hours of music form over five hours of music they have personally created for the series. So would you guys be interested in something like this? Let us know below!

Haha, a lot of people who use Amazon have the same story. Some say it is the excitement of waiting in line and feeling important 🙂

I think it’s about feeling important.

Like a console, it’s not as fun to just get it on ebay or something instead of waiting in line and talking with everyone and having a good time. Especially if you are first.

Meh, each to their own, i guess, I just wouldn’t want to be seen with a bunch of “nerds” at midnight waiting for a game, i prefer walking up the drive, checking the post and “lo and behold” a game i can play with my friends online in the day when feeling refreshed and with a nice cup of tea and the occasional crumpet!
