BlackBerry 6

Wayne Jefferson 18 Jul

With almost everyone having smartphones these days, every company is trying to come out with the latest and greatest phone experience. With the launch of the new iPhone 4 OS and Android 2.2, BlackBerry has announced their new update to compete with all the others. BlackBerry 6 will be launched sometime between July and the end of September 2010.

The main focus for it, from what I’ve seen and read on the web, is  the touchscreen BlackBerrys, such as the Storm 2, but it will also be compatible with the qwerty style keyboards. Very little details have been announced about the new update but from the teaser clips that have been released. BlackBerry has a whole new experience with new messaging and a new web browser that can have more than one web page open at a time. I am looking forward to this new update and am excited for the new BlackBerry experience.
